Led a team providing strategic consulting and implementation across a large portfolio of diverse projects for Bank of New York. Coordinated multiple workstreams, managed stakeholder expectations across different business units, and consistently delivered across numerous initiatives over several years. Provided consultancy-led solutions spanning people, processes, and technology—from strategic design through to operational delivery.
Thales Consulting Practice Turnaround
Took over as Country Manager at Thales Services Finance UK when the business was losing money and morale was low. Built and led a consulting team of nearly 100 people, establishing frameworks for client engagement, strategic design, and delivery excellence. Repositioned the consulting offer, rebuilt client relationships, introduced cost controls, and strengthened internal culture. Created the operational structure that allowed consultants to focus on high-value work while maintaining quality and consistency across engagements. Returned the operation to profitability within 18 months through strategic clarity and operational discipline.
Morgan Stanley European Retail Brokerage Roll-Out
Led the consulting engagement when Morgan Stanley launched their European Retail Brokerage business targeting affluent Europeans. Designed the coordination framework and managed delivery across London, Scotland, Germany, and Italy—bringing together vendors, internal teams, and diverse stakeholders around a unified strategy. Provided board-level consulting on programme status and risk management whilst keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward.
